Delivery Timeline

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time:
India Wide: 3–7 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Details

• Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 8 PM.
• Someone needs to be present to sign for the delivery.
• If you can't be there, you can authorize someone else (family member, neighbor, colleague) to receive it on your behalf.

• CareOne Gallery is not responsible for packages signed by someone else.
• We are not responsible for any damage that happens after delivery.
• If you notice any damage, shortage, or wrong items, contact us on the same day you receive the order.
