Refund and Return Policy

Important Note

Our perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

When You Can Get a Refund

You can request a refund or replacement if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong item
  • Items are missing from your order
  • The package was tampered with during shipping

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us Within 24 Hours
If there's an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Provide Proof
You'll need:

  • An unboxing video showing the issue
  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product
  • Original packaging

What's Not Covered

  • Products damaged due to wrong usage
  • Allergic reactions (always do a patch test first)
  • Orders cancelled after shipping
  • Delivery charges (these are non-refundable)

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours
  • If approved, refunds take 7–15 business days to reach your account
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll need your bank details to process the refund

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel anytime before your order ships. A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted.
  • After Shipping: Orders can't be cancelled once shipped. If you refuse delivery, ₹75 will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Don't accept it from the delivery person
  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Note: If your order shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 3 days.
