Important Note
Our perfumes and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
When You Can Get a Refund
You can request a refund or replacement if:
- Your product arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
- Items are missing from your order
- The package was tampered with during shipping
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us Within 24 Hours
If there's an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Step 2: Provide Proof
You'll need:
- An unboxing video showing the issue
- Photos of the damaged/wrong product
- Original packaging

What's Not Covered
- Products damaged due to wrong usage
- Allergic reactions (always do a patch test first)
- Orders cancelled after shipping
- Delivery charges (these are non-refundable)
Refund Timeline
- Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours
- If approved, refunds take 7–15 business days to reach your account
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll need your bank details to process the refund
Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: You can cancel anytime before your order ships. A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted.

After Shipping: Orders can't be cancelled once shipped. If you refuse delivery, ₹75 will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged:
- Don't accept it from the delivery person
- Contact us immediately
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
Note: If your order shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 3 days.
